These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and Sociallite AB. Sociallite AB is a private limited liability company registered under Swedish Law, having its registered address situated at BOX 55935, 102 16 Stockholm, Sweden (“Connectio'', or “We”, “Our” or “Us''), that governs your limited, non-exclusive and terminable right to the use of the Connectio Affiliate Program and affiliate related services as defined herein. By making use of the Connectio Affiliate Program and its affiliate related services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If You do not agree to this Agreement, You must not sign up as a Connectio Affiliate and must not use the Affiliate services. By agreeing to this Agreement, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site and affiliate related services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

This agreement is designed to protect you, Connectio and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. If approved for the affiliate program, by breaching this contract, you will be terminated from the program and agree that any commissions will be forfeited without recourse. Additionally, if the conduct has caused severe enough damage to the Connectio brand, the company (Sociallite AB) or any of our employees and/or partners, legal action will be considered.

1. Affiliate Program Access

1.1

In order to access the Connectio Affiliate Program, you must first create an account at https://app.useconnectio.com/login

1.2

Your Connectio account needs to have a Facebook account connected. You can do so by following the instructions on the Connectio dashboard after logging in.

1.3

You must accurately fill out and submit the affiliate application form on the Connectio dashboard.

1.4

Your application must have been approved by the Connectio Team. This process usually takes 1-5 working days, but may be extended if nessesary

2. Campaigns

2.1

You must NOT run “negative” PPC or iframe domain campaigns such as “Product name / author name scam” or any other method to attract controversial click-through rates that an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of the product.

2.2

iFrames, review sites and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not contain offensive or negative domain URLs or content.

2.3

You are not allowed to bid on branded keywords, or keywords that are very similar to our branded keywords. For example, you can’t advertise on “ConnectExplore” or “Connect Explore review”.

2.4

Affiliates are permitted to use the Connectio brand and marketing resources available in the Swipe section of the Connectio website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

2.5

You are NOT permitted to conduct e-mail promotions in a 3rd party system – all e-mail contacts MUST be your OWN opt in e-mail list. You cannot buy solo ads, use safe lists, use spam or anything similar.

2.6

We run a legitimate business, which means that we always correctly illustrate and represent our product(s) and their features and benefits to the customer. Make sure that you do the same. Anyone found using misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines) will have their affiliate account revoked immediately.

3. Commissions

3.1

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the upgrade to a paid subscription on Connectio. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

3.2

Commissions will be paid out through PayPal 35 days after the referred purchase is finalized unless stated otherwise.

3.3

Commissions will not be paid for payments that have failed or have been refunded. In the event a payment gets refunded for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

3.4

The referral tracking cookie expires after 30 days unless stated otherwise or gets deleted by the user

3.5

The default commission is 30%, however, it may increase in the future and/or based on the affiliates sales performance

3.6

You cannot earn commission on your own purchase. Any ‘self’ purchase commission may be nullified or held back.

3.7

The commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by a referred customer for the entire duration of the subscription unless stated otherwise.

3.8

The Affiliate will not manipulate the affiliate tracking to get attributed web traffic they didn't directly generate.

4. Termination

4.1

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

4.2

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Connectio will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

4.3

If Connectio chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination.

4.4

In case Connectio terminates the agreement for violation of the Affiliate Program Terms, the commissions will not be paid or owed, and the Affiliate account will be revoked immediately.

5. Governing Law

5.1

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction and the Stockholm District Court (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt) shall be the court of first instance.
